Our Strategic Development Team is recruiting a Business Development Manager (M/F) to accelerate the growth of our High Tech & Electronics business. This is a permanent position, available as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities

Actively develop new high-value business opportunities within the Luxury and Retail sectors, targeting complex, multi-service, and international projects

Promote XPO’s offering while addressing the specific requirements of the Luxury sector: premium service quality, reliability, enhanced traceability, strict lead times, and high-end client relationship management

Promote Transport & Supply Chain solutions dedicated to Luxury and Retail, including omnichannel distribution, e-commerce, store replenishment flows, reverse logistics, and seasonal peak management

Identify and analyze Luxury and Retail market trends (omnichannel, personalization, fast delivery, sustainability, supply chain security) to anticipate client needs

Support Premium, Luxury, and Retail brands in their new projects by coordinating with technical and project teams to design tailor-made solutions

Negotiate strategic contracts with key Luxury and Retail players, in line with international quality and compliance standards

Ensure full project follow-up, from pre-sales to operational implementation, including performance KPI monitori
Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with proven and successful experience in selling transport solutions

Strong knowledge of the Transport & Supply Chain market

Proven experience in business development and key account management within Retail, Premium, or Luxury sectors, ideally with a Transport/Supply Chain provider

Excellent communication and high-level negotiation skills

Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)

Professional proficiency in English
