What to expect:
Our graduate programme is designed to fast-track your potential. You’ll gain hands-on experience across dynamic, high-impact operations—from transport optimisation to warehouse performance and end-to-end supply chain management. With opportunities across the UK, you could step into roles like Transport Shift Manager, Warehouse Team Leader or Operations Manager—leading teams and driving efficiency from day one.

Logistics Programme
(two years)
Features three eight-month placements in different locations across our UK network. For candidates based in the UK or eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- £28,000 per annum, rising to £29,000 after 12 months
- Investment in professional qualifications such as your CPC
