Front Desk Clerk Nights - Leicester

Location: PepsiCo - Leicester
Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Front Desk Clerk to support the smooth running of our PepsiCo Leicester transport operation.

You’ll manage driver despatch and debrief activities, ensuring all operations are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company and legal standards.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,845  per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Coordinate driver despatch, ensuring correct allocation of vehicles, trailers, and paperwork
• Monitor driver start times and escalate any issues
• Complete driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork, PODs, and WTD details are accurately captured
• Maintain system accuracy and compliance within GTS
• Liaise with planning, customer service, and driver control teams to resolve issues
• Support investigations into delivery delays or failures

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous logistics or admin experience (preferred)
