Are you a Yard/Warehouse Operative, looking to join one of the UKs leading Logistics companies? You will be working Monday to Friday shift patter on a  40 hour per week contract. Start time Monday – Friday 1500-2330. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate that averages at £14.37 per hour. The first four hours are paid at £13.12, but for the second part of your shift you will receive an additional £2.49 per hour, giving you £15.61!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• You will be Loading outbound trunk trailers of roll cage and boxed/palletised items
• Training! We want to invest in you by funding FLT licences
• Physically moving product from one area to another
• Operating MHE equipment in the yard
• Working outdoors – it does have its benefits in summer!
• Marshalling and scanning outbound product
• Housekeeping duties of working areas, stripping packaging materials and keeping everything tidy for our customer
• Compliance
• You will work in a safe manner at all times

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Previous similar experience would be an advantage
• Keen attitude to learn and develop
• Ability to priorities tasks based
• Ability to adapt to a physically demanding and varied work environment
