We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager Aerospace & Defense Europe F/M to drive the development, retention and profitable growth of a portfolio of strategic pan-European customers. Reporting to the Aerospace & Defense Sector Market Leader, you will lead strategic customer relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts across Europe.
Define and execute European Account Plans to drive profitable growth.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Procurement, Supply Chain and Executive leadership.
Lead pan-European commercial negotiations and coordinate international tenders.
Ensure consistent commercial, contractual and operational execution across countries.
Coordinate Sales, Operations, Solutions, Finance, Legal and IT teams within a matrix organization.
Monitor business performance through revenue, profitability, service quality and key KPIs.
Identify supply chain optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
8–12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
Proven track record managing strategic international or pan-European accounts.
Experience in Aerospace & Defense logistics is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent commercial, negotiation and financial acumen.
Fluent English is essential; an additional European language is an advantage.
