Srategic Account Manager Construction F/H

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager Construction Europe F/M. Reporting to the Construction Sector Market Leader, you will develop strategic customer partnerships and support the growth of major construction and building materials customers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Construction accounts across Europe.
• Develop and execute European Account Plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations and international tenders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Monitor financial and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and supply chain optimization.

Profile

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 8–12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing strategic international accounts.
• Experience within Construction, Building Materials or Industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English is required; another European language is a plus.
