Time and Attendance Specialist

We're looking for a Time & Attendance Specialist to join our team at our UK Head Office in Crick, Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Time & Attendance systems across the UK business while contributing to the rollout of our new UKG Pro WFM platform.
You'll work closely with operational teams, Payroll, HR and system users, supporting business-as-usual activity while helping to deliver a major Time & Attendance transformation programme.
This role would suit someone with previous Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR systems or data analysis experience who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced and growing organisation.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support business-as-usual activities, user queries and case handling across the UK business.
- Support configuration activities within Time & Attendance systems.
- Support the Senior Analyst in gathering data required for new site implementations.
- Deliver core application training both on-site and remotely.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel runs, providing detailed comparison and analysis of outputs.
- Ensure existing system and process documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Support cut-over activities and hypercare during implementations through to business-as-usual.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR and operational teams to support the rollout of UKG Pro WFM and ongoing system enhancements
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM, or another Time & Attendance system would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience in a support, analysis or data-focused role, ideally within Time & Attendance, Payroll or HR.
- Strong understanding of data management, data analysis and system processes including advanced excel knowledge are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high levels of customer service.
- A self-motivated approach, strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HR and ADP Global View would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A valid UK driving licence, due to occasional travel between sites
