Key Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate truck transportation;
Plan, allocate, and route transport orders efficiently;
Coordinate deliveries in line with customer requirements and payment terms;
Communicate proactively with clients and carriers ;
Order transport services and assign shipments to carriers;
Monitor and track shipments, keeping clients informed of their status;
Resolve operational issues related to shipments;
Identify cost-optimization and added-value opportunities;
Track and resolve freight claims;
Ensure and continuously improve service quality and internal processes;
Keep all transport-related data up to date in internal systems;

Your Profile

Previous experience in logistics, transportation or customer service environment ;
Fluent Polish (mandatory);
Fluent English (daily working language);
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset;
