Freight Forwarder

Your responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate transport activities in line with the forwarding department’s plan;
• Manage international road transport orders and ensure smooth execution;
• Optimize fleet utilization to achieve cost-efficient operations;
• Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure high service quality;
• Enter and update transport orders accurately in internal systems;
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular operational reports;

Your profile

• Secondary education (transport/logistics specialization is an advantage);
• Experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding;
• English – intermediate level (B2);
• Additional languages (German, Hungarian) are a strong advantage;
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented personality;
